Aqualane Shores
Approximately 350 homesites, most of which are waterfront with quick access to the Gulf, comprise the unique, palm-lined streets of Aqualane Shores at the south end of town. Ideally situated betwween the elegance of Port Royal, and with the ambiance of Old Naples, the area offers a quite setting where deep water canals entice boat owners.
Streets are dotted with a variety of home styles, some of which were originally built in the '60s and '70s. Most of these homes have been expanded and renovated, or in many cases, razed to make room for a new grand residnecee.
Aqualane Shores borders on the Third Street South shopping area with restaurants and marvelous shopping opportunities. Another great attraction for residents is that the beach is within walking or biking distance. The community encompasses newarly 300 ares and is located within the city limitis of Naples.
Audubon at Naples
Audubon at Naples is a private, gated county club community located between Naples and Bonita Springs. The 770-acre community stretches west of U.S. 41 all the way to the protected mangrove preserves on Little Hickory Bay.
Audubon includes enviornmentally sensitive coastal areas and delicate estuaries. Approximately half of the developoment is preserved in its natural state.
Bay Colony

Collier's Reserve
Collier's Reserve is a private country club community comprised of 228 single family homesties nestled along the Cocohatchee River, one of South Florida's most pristine natural waterways.. An Arthur Hills designed 18-hole champonship golf course embraces the river at several points along the 488-site. Collier County's founder, Barron Collier, originally acquired the property in 1923 and approximately 1/3 of the community is in the form of a protected natural preserve. At the heart of Collier's Reserve is the private equity county club featureing the Boathouse for caual riverside dining; the clubhouse for caual, formal, or private dining; Har-Tru tennis courts, pool, and comprehensive golf facilities. The community is located ont he north side of Immokalee Road and has a manned entry gate and offers excellent privacy.
Eagle Creek
Eagle Creek Country Club offers ultimate tranquility in a stylish 300-acre golf setting. Eagle Creek is conveniently located at the intersection of CR951 and U.S. 41, which is on the way to Marco Island.
Golden Gate Estates
Golden Gate Estates is centrally located between the pristine beaches of Naples and Marco Island, Everglades National Park, Big Cypress Preserve, and Collier-Seminole State Park. Most of the lot sizes in Golden Gate Estates are at least two acres. It's a great place to be if you like privacy and a beautiful country setting.
Gordon Drive
The Gordon Drive area is one of the most beautiful sections of Naples. Located adjacent ot the magnificent Port Roayl enclave, it contains some of the finest single-family estates in the area. Gordon Drive is the single entry to the small subdivisions within, thus creating excellent security and privacy for its residents. On the beach side, you'll find the largest Gulf front estates in Naples. Some of these majestic homes were built by the Midwestern winter residents who helped shape the face of Naples in the 1950s. Today, it is not uncommon to find celebrities or well known business moguls as the owners of these beach estates.
Grey Oaks
While clearing ground for Grey Oaks Country Club, an ancient Souther Pine was discovered in the middle of the 8th fairway, where it remains to oversee this classic golf club and residential community. Grey Oaks is a gated neigborhood, wih three 18-hole golf course. Membership is limited, allowing members substantial freedom in choosing tee times.
Gulf Shore Boulevard
Every community has a special attraction unique to the city. Naples has the Pier at the south end, the Ritz-Carlton to the north, and fabulous Gulf Shore Boulevard in between. Taking a drive up "The Boulevard" is an enchannting experience, a beautiful meandering drive with landscaped medians and a diverity of interesting architectural styles of condominiums and cooperatives in Bahama-style low-rise buildings to 24-story contemporary structes. Situated between Naples and Bonita Springs, Hunters Ridge is a country club development set on 275 acres in a small, quiet private community. This community offers three types of housing opportunies: coach homes, twin villas, and single-family homes.
Imperial Golf Estates
Imperial Golf Estates is considered one of the most desirable golfing communities in North Naples and has a complete array of amenities and residences. Kensington
Kensington Golf and Country Club at one time hosted the internationally recognized finals of the Nuveen Masters Tour. Moorings & Coquina Sands
The Moorings/Coquina Sands neighborhoods are centrally located within the city limies of Naples and stretch from U.S. 41 to the Gulf of Mexico. Pelican Bay
Pelican Bay is a community consisting of 2,100 acres at the north end of Naples.
